Be entertained by street performers while you work your way through each store tasting the delights from each unique market stall holder.


At our authentic Italian village market day, you can enjoy foods, such as roasted chestnuts, Olives and dips, a plate of pasta, wood fired pizza, gelati, Italian bread & wines, sweets, biscuits and finish with a good coffee!

Monique Latemore has recently been awarded a scholarship from the Dante Alighieri Society to continue studying Italian and has Performing with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.

Dolce Girls TIME: 10.50am - 11.30am

Brigitte Falcioni and Rachael Scuteri known as Dolce have been working professionally together for several years, they began singing songs for family events and community events.

Fortunato Isgro TIME: 11.50am - 12.30pm

Fortunato Isgro was born on the Gold Coast, Queensland and from a young age he was introduced to traditional Italian and 50's English music, where family entertainment was part of daily life.

The Black Nonnas at the Italian Market Day - Free Performance  TIME: 12.45 pm - 1.30pm

Two Black Clad Italian grandmothers escaped from the nursing home on the lookout for cheap pasta, good coffee and new husbands - preferably with a big tractor. And they love singing Italian folksongs!


Clayton Smith  ME: 1.50pm - 2.30pm

natra historian, enthusiast, musician and performer Clayton Smith provides an inspiring, invigorating and informative 90 minutes presenting the unique sounds of “The voice” who over 50 years became known more affectionately as OI’ Blue Eyes.
