Indulge your love of all things Tuscan, with Cortina Restaurant’s delicious degustation on Tuesday the 25th of May.

The Tuscan Association of Queensland together with Italian chef, Vittorio Greco and his wife Barbara, will prepare a delicious five-course dinner that will complement and demonstrate the importance of fine olive oil in authentic traditional Tuscan dishes.

Tuscany is a region synonymous with some of the finest quality olive oil in the world, producing countless varieties including the Laudemio trademark ranging from the piccanti (spicy) to the dolce (sweet) oils.

Tuscan olive oil is generally produced from handpicked fruit, which produces extra virgin oil that is low in acidity, green in colour and has a fruity flavour with a herbal aroma.

Don’t miss this delicious exploration into the beautiful and varied tastes of Tuscan olive oil!
