Become a Burrata Master @ Bucci - Part of Italian Week's 'Tastes of Italy' feature - enjoy an intimate MasterClass with one of Brisbane's leading Italian restaurants on Monday 27 May 2013 starting from 5.00 pm. After exploring the soft and silky feel of curds, stretch your own Burrata, then sit down to a feast revolving around the very same Burrata made by your own hands. Served with an abundance of bucci antipasti, char grilled ciabatta / carta musica.

Originally from Brisbane, Shaun has come full circle. His passion for Italian cuisine was sparked during his apprenticeship at Brisbane institution 'il centro'.
The ten years following saw him working in Europe with Tetsuya Wakuda, in Melbourne with Shannon Bennett and finally arriving in Port Douglas where he met Spencer Patrick (pictured with Shaun, left). Together they 'grew' Bucci Port Douglas and in 2012 opened its big sister Bucci Brisbane.
