Join Tony in preparing a fabulous 3 course menu MasterClass where you will be taken behind the scenes and into the kitchen of one of Australia’s best Italian restaurants. Limited to 12 people only, learn from Tony’s 30 years of experience. a One and a half hour MasterClass not to be missed - followed by lunch. The MasterClass will take you through:

 

Antipasto: - vitello tonnato - thinly sliced braised Gippsland (Vic) veal, served cold with a mayonnaise of tuna, capers, anchovies and topped with cornichons

Primo: -gnocchi alla sorrentina: hand made potato and flour gnocchi served in salsa napoletana, smoked mozzarella, grana parmiggiano and fresh basil 
 
Dolce: - semifreddo al torrone - hazelnut, nougat semifreddo served with crostoli and pearsyrup 
 
After the MasterClass, enjoy the dishes prepared with matching wines.

Vitello tonnato is a well-known Italian dish of cold, sliced veal covered with a creamy, mayonnaise-like sauce that has been flavored with tuna. It is served chilled or at room temperature and dates back to the 18th century as a delicacy.  The dish is an exceedingly elegant antipasto for an elaborate dinner and is considered italianissimo, a dish typical of the Piemontese cuisine.
