Dolci Sapori at Clayfield present 'Florentines & Lingue di Gatto' Italian pastry making workshop. As per usual each student gets a printed recipe of their own, can take home their work & will receive a small complimentry gift relating to the biscuits we have made. Usually its a nozzle & piping bag or some pre-packaged ingredients .

 

A class is usually 2 1/2  to 3 hours in duration.

 

See, taste, smell and experience a real Italian ambience, without the expense of flying to Italy. The Clayfield cafe opened for trading in 2001 and has attracted a loyal following from all parts of Brisbane.

 

Limited to 8 people only

Cost $60 per person.
