The restaurant industry is not news to the pair after owning previous restaurants. Angelo has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years which gives him a perfect idea of what customers want. Angelo and Slivana’s background of Sicilian gives them an ideal plateau of what they need to know about the style of cuisine they offer.



Angelo’s resume speaks for itself after cooking for customers including politicians, entrepreneurs, sports personalities, media personalities, Italian states men and believe it or not, the Sicilian royal family. He also has knowledge of all regional cuisines from Italy as he has worked with the best in the country. In addition, he also did a stint in the mother country (Italy) when his brother in law had a restaurant in Sicily (Giardini, Taormina) therefore increasing his knowledge and passion for Sicilian cuisine and lifestyle. And with Silvana’s bubbly and welcoming personality, Angelo and Slivana make the perfect team. Spizzico also caters for special functions and occasions and it gives an opportunity, with expertise, to create a fine dining experience to ensure the customer’s maximum satisfaction.
