BRISBANE MARKETING - Brisbane says Buongiorno to Italian week 2009: From swashbuckling Shakespearean scenes to fabulous food, fashion, Ferraris and football – Brisbane’s city centre will be the place to experience la dolce vita during Italian Week from Tuesday 26 May to Tuesday 2 June. The Queen Street Mall stage will provide the lunchtime venue for free daily public events including scenes from Romeo and Juliet presented by radio 4MBS, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons performed by the Queensland Orchestra, the Three Tenors performing Pavarotti Viva and table football tournaments.
