Cortina Restaurant

Cortina RestaurantOne of Brisbane’s hidden secret is Italian chef Vittorio Greco who runs the family restaurant - Cortina Restaurant Pizzeria in Nundah village, Brisbane.

His training as a chef in Tuscany, together with his co-chef & wife Barbara (also a qualified chef ) enables Vittorio to produce some of the most authentic Tuscan dishes you could ever find in Australia.

Vittorio’s philosophy on cooking is to use the best of the essential traditional ingredients & create your dish from there. His passion is creating “honest” dishes which respect their genesis in the countryside kitchens of Italy.

Dinner from Lucca, Toscana

Piazza Anfiteatro a LuccaThe suburban Cortina restaurant & pizzeria in Nundah has formed a reputation of simplicity, honesty & value in its menu since being acquired by husband & wife chefs Vittorio Greco & Barbara Fazzi.

The restaurant offers a simple ambience which is compensated by the owners’ passion for quality in their ingredients, resulting in a menu of classic Italian dishes.

As both chefs have been trained and practiced in Tuscany, they are able to offer authentic antique dishes from the region which cannot generally be found in other local restaurants.
